Roleplayers Chronicle is featuring a new regular column called Designer's Diary, "where designers are given the opportunity to take readers on an in-depth ride through the design and development process of their system, setting, or product". The first in this series is about Curse of the Emperor's Stone and is up now. You can read it here. At the bottom of the article you'll find a two-page preview of the adventure's introduction. The layout's not final but the text likely is. Hope you like it! |

This is the last batch of art from James Sinclair for Curse of the Emperor's Stone. The first (click for larger) is called Welcome to Haibianr, wherein the adventurers are pictured cruising into the city's harbor in their ship Scalante (perhaps riding a bit higher than you'd expect from a caravel full of wheat and steel).

The next is James' take on the Emperor's Stone itself. A bit lighter than the original version but still very creepy - just the sort of thing you'd expect to cause trouble.

Oh, and: the bookmarks are finally here. The picture's not great...but they are! Find Michael at PaizoCon and grab a stack to put into your favorite books. Thanks again to BlackStar Studios for including us in their print run. You guys are great!
